the staff was GREAT, always ready to help. specially, sara, chathu, susan and bell boys were attentive. cashier was also helpful. breakfast is fabulous. i will come back. the pool was nice and surrounding was great. the room was nice.

the experience has been good, with a few small issues. i encountered the need for some minor maintenance in my room. one light outside of my room wasnt working.

the hotel offers DIRECT beach access. there is a massive expanse of sea in front of you. the location is fantastic right on the beach. the surrounding is beautiful and peaceful.

the wifi wasn't good. i could not get internet on the patio. even in my room, the signal was weak. the shower it flooded the bathroom at certain times.

i found the location ideal, right on the beach. the view from the hotel was amazing, a delight during dinner and while sipping cocktails. i must extend my gratitude to chathuri, sara, susanthi, ajith, and fowsan for their really good welcome and warmth .

I noted that the gym equipment had a few machines needing repair. This was a bit disappointing.

The in-room safe easily accommodated my laptop and other valuables. I was pleased that the housekeeping staff provided fresh towels twice daily.

the hotel location was neat near the beach, i see awe inspiring view of the ocean. the rooms had comfort and sri lankan touch. chathuri and susanthi were attentive with details, i found my room serene. sara and ravi go above and beyond.

housekeeping didn't come daily and i had to call reception to ask for toilet paper. this was annoying and not what i expect from a hotel of this standard.
